We accept returns on orders purchased online. We do not accept returns on customized corporate or promotional orders.

How can I return my order?

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date or actual delivery date of your last shipment, whichever date is later, for a refund to your original payment method.

Returning an item is simple! Just follow these easy steps:

1. Fill Out the Return Form: Download and complete the return form to get started.

2. Package Your Items: Include the completed return form with your items.

3. Ship It Back: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Drop off your package at any postal service location and send it to:

Please Note: Once we receive your return, it may take up to three weeks for it to be processed at our Distribution Center. After processing, your refund will be initiated.
